1. Order Processing:
Typically, order processing takes 3-7 days, as we hold limited stock and in most cases are required to order items in from domestic retailers. Once we receive your order, we aim to fulfill it within 48 hours. So, if you don't receive a shipping notification right away, don't worry; we haven't forgotten about you. We've factored our processing time in your estimated shipping times at checkout.
2. Shipping Times:
While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, shipping times can vary across the world, and we have limited control here. However, most items tend to arrive within a week, depending on whether standard or express shipping is chosen.
We offer complementary free shipping on all orders, however you may opt for express shipping.
All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will contain a tracking number that can be used to track the journey of your purchase. Please note that all deliveries must be signed for and that someone is available between 9am and 6pm to sign for the delivery.
If you require any changes to your order, including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, contact client services immediately using the 'Contact Us' page. We cannot guarantee any amendments to your order. If your order has already been processed, AustralianRunway does not accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.
We accept payments via Apple Pay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
The AustralianRunway online store currently offers two packaging options: gift box packaging and eco-friendly packaging. Both options include boxes made of recyclable material and contains a percentage of recycled paper.

For more precise information on duties and taxes in your destination country, feel free to contact us ahead of your order, and we will provide you an estimate of any applicable duties and taxes that may be incurred. Please note, orders that are returned by customs due to unpaid duties and taxes and require re-postage will be posted at the customer's expense. Refunds may incur a restocking fee.
While we make every effort to provide accurate sizing information, we recommend that customers check the specific brand's website for detailed size guides before placing an order through our platform. From there, you may find more comprehensive size information to assist you in making the right choice. However, should you remain unsure, feel free to contact us, and we will endeavour to assist you.
Many of the brands we offer produce in limited quantities and may run out of stock. Due to this nature, you may find your order is cancelled due to unavailability, in which case you will receive an email. Should an item that we were unable to fulfil become available again, we will notify you!
Each individual item has its own care instructions. We recommend referring to the item product page or the care tag in the garment for all care instructions.
Returns
You may return your online order by sending it back to us within 2 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period may not be accepted. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
Your satisfaction is our top priority; as such we offer hassle free store credits on all returns provided such return is in accordance with our returns policy. To initiate a return, please do contact us and our team will assist you further.
You must submit a return request on this website via the using the 'Contact Us' page or by emailing us at team@australianrunway.com to be able to return your online order. This should be submitted as soon as practicable, and in any event no later than 2 days after receipt of your purchased item(s).
You will receive email notification once your return is processed, this will occur within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Should you wish to return an item, AustralianRunway do not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid orders or duties and taxes paid at time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid orders. Residents should contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.
We currently don’t offer exchanges for purchases made from the online store; however, if you wish to exchange an item for another style or size, we recommend you simply return your item for an online store credit and then purchase the new item separately. In some instances, customers who opt for store credit may receive bonus credit for future purchases.
